Every busy team needs someone who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Right now, we are looking for two of them.
Two brand-new roles in Service and Parts, created to give our front-line teams the support they need to keep things moving.
You will not be under the bonnet or loading up the truck, but without you, the repair orders do not get entered, the parts do not get booked, and the customers do not get answers.
You will be stepping into a hands-on position that is all about keeping the admin, the systems, and the day-to-day operations running smoother than a freshly serviced engine on the open road.
In Service, you will be entering repair orders and invoices, keeping customer and vehicle records up to date, greeting customers, answering calls and emails, and following up for missing details while keeping the front desk humming.
In Parts, you will be managing overflow calls, booking freight, checking stock, printing picking slips, updating customer details, chasing up purchase orders, and keeping our office and paperwork as neat as our warehouse shelves.
If it involves a system, a spreadsheet, a supplier, or a customer, chances are you will have a hand in it.
Your days will be a healthy mix of structured tasks and unexpected curveballs, from tracking down a missing delivery to jumping on the phones when another department is tied up.
You will be speaking with customers, suppliers, freight companies, and internal teams, making sure everyone is on the same page and every job is moving forward.
You are probably someone who has been in an admin role for a couple of years, maybe in automotive, logistics, or something equally hands-on.
You know your way around Microsoft Office, and Eclipse DMS if you are in Service, and you have that rare combination of being both practical and detail-obsessed.
People like working with you because you get things done without making a fuss about it.
You are independent, adaptable, and know when to ask questions and when to just get on with it.
These are roles where your impact will be felt daily.
You will join a down-to-earth team who actually enjoy working together, complete with monthly BBQs, regular social events, and a family feel that makes coming to work easy.
You will gain exposure to an industry that literally keeps the country moving and get the chance to grow your skills across everything from customer service to inventory management to compliance.
Both roles offer competitive pay and flexible hours, with part-time and full-time options ranging from school hours to a 38 hour week.
Both are office-based, with the stability of working for a well-respected brand.
If you have the attention to detail, the people skills, and the knack for keeping things organised, we would love to hear from you.
