About the Role
The NDIS Team Leader will oversee the daily operations and performance of psychosocial recovery and community outreach programs, providing leadership and reflective practice support. Key responsibilities include guiding service delivery, documentation, and quality standards; supporting staff with caseload management and skill development; managing risks and NDIS reporting requirements; driving continuous improvement and team cohesion; maintaining a small caseload and modelling high-quality practice; building strong relationships with participants and stakeholders; monitoring NDIS practice standards and sector changes; leading service improvements and support program development; reviewing documentation and participant outcomes; ensuring safe, ethical, and culturally sensitive practice; providing supervision and coaching; managing staff performance; facilitating team meetings and fostering a cohesive team culture; ensuring supports align with participant goals; responding to crisis situations and managing risks; maintaining accurate progress notes and incident reports; overseeing incidents and conducting quality reviews; monitoring service bookings and resolving billing discrepancies; representing the organization professionally and supporting service growth and innovation.
