Roles & Responsibilities:

They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Clinical Supervisor to support the leadership of their team and the ongoing development and growth of the service. This position is well suited to a candidate who is looking to progress to a senior clinical position or with relevant experience.
As a Clinical Supervisor you will be:
o Manage a team of high performing Allied Health clinicians.
o Involves face-to-face, Telehealth and clinic sessions.
o Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social and sensory. Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS that are goal orientated and person-centred.
o Provide mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists.
o Provide clinical supervision to a team of occupational therapists.
o Develop programs to further improve the clinical skills of the team.
o Provide in-house training
o Develop holistic therapy plans within a multidisciplinary team and provide direct community, school based and home-based intervention and support programs.
o Work 1:1 and in group contexts with children, teenagers, and adults.
o Develop clinical resources and tools and implement across your team

Essential Criteria:
o Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
o Relevant clinical and managerial experience.
o 2 years experience in Occupational Therapy (Preferred).
o Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
o Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
o You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team.
o You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business.
o Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers’ license.
o Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and DWES Check.
