About this role:
* Provide care to clients living in their own homes, supporting their independence and improving their overall quality of life.
* Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, assisting with daily activities.
* In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
* Delivering care in accordance with personalized Care Plans.
* Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
* Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Key Requirements:
* Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification (essential).
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) (essential).
* Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work (essential).
* Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops.
* Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
