The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Urban Designer to join our Melbourne team. This is your chance to bring creativity and technical expertise to projects that transform cities and communities. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative urban design solutions across major infrastructure sectors—transport, water, and public spaces—through all phases of design and delivery.

* Lead and contribute to urban design projects from concept through construction.
* Develop creative, practical design strategies that enhance livability and sustainability.
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
* Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
* Prepare compelling design proposals, reports, and visual presentations.

Who You Are
You're a creative thinker with a passion for shaping vibrant urban environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and have a proven ability to deliver complex design projects. Your strong grasp of urban design principles is matched by excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Whatwe'relooking for:
* Degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
* 8+ years' experience in urban design or a related discipline.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and innovation.
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
