Overview
Joiner / Cabinet Makers to join their team in the Perth WA area.
About the Role
- Factory / workshop based role - $41 - 45 per hour
- Any site based work will get allowances
- Morning starts: 6-7am start until 4-4:30pm
Main Responsibilities
- Read, interpret and understand blueprints, plans and drawings.
- Fabricate and assemble cabinetry for a range of areas including kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, as well as commercial joinery.
- Fit cabinetry with all relevant hardware and mechanisms.
- Safely use necessary machines and power tools.
- Install projects on site.
- Work on a wide range of projects including residential kitchens and bathrooms to commercial developments.
- Assembling prepared components into windows and doors.
- Working in a team of joiners.
Skills and Experience
- Trade Qualified in Cabinet Making
- Min 3 years experience as a cabinet maker / joiner
- Full working rights
- Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, plans and drawings.
- Experience working with timber (preferably in factory environment)
- Must be physically fit to lift/carry joinery
