Hearing health services play a vital role in supporting people through various life stages.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and attend to enquiries at the reception counter and over the phone.
* Perform general administration duties such as booking appointments, processing claims, data entry, and producing monthly reports.
* Liaise with clients of diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs, multicultural, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
* Conduct minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshoot hearing device issues.
* Assist audiologists with clinical services by identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, intermediate to advanced computer literacy, and a strong desire to work in an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
