Job Description:
We are seeking a Health and Safety Professional to join our team. In this role, you will partner with site managers to develop and implement health and safety systems and strategies that promote a positive safety culture.
* Perform site safety inspections, hazard identifications, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Investigate workplace injuries and incidents, providing recommendations for corrective action.
* Maintain and review safety documentation and systems, including management plans and SWMS.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A certificate in work health and safety or a related field.
* A valid driver's license.
* A good understanding of work health and safety legislation.
* Experience in health and safety, preferably in a blue-collar industry.
