We're looking for a proactive and people-focusedCustomer Solutions Team Support professional to guide, mentor, and uplift a dedicated team while helping us deliver on our customer promise every single day.
What you'll do
Take ownership of escalations and complex customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Support, coach, and develop Customer Solutions team members to build their capability, confidence, and performance
Manage and distribute daily workload to ensure consistent, premium customer service
Guide team performance and service levels to drive improvement
Identify the root causes of recurring issues to prevent reoccurrence
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes
Maintain proactive communication across the team, ensuring a premium customer experience
