Job Description
We are working with a highly recognised, industry-leading Fire and Security business that is growing rapidly.
The company has a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country.
Due to their expanding team and client base, they are now seeking a Small Works Manager to manage projects under £10K around the UK, utilising subcontractor resources.
Responsibilities
Understand, plan, gain approval for and implement small works projects.
Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage the project budget.
Create a project plan and schedule.
Support and direct the team.
Lead quality assurance.
Present to stakeholders reports on progress, problems, and solutions.
Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Qualifications
Project management experience.
SSSTS or equivalent certified.
Strong understanding of BS**** (preferably FIA certified).
