About the Role

As a Digital Strategist at Arrow Agency, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, campaign performance and digital marketing delivery across a portfolio of builder clients on the Sunshine Coast.

You will work closely with our Operations Lead and wider team to translate strategy into action across Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM workflows, SEO, websites, reporting and client communication. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, loves understanding what makes a business tick, and can confidently balance creative thinking with structured execution.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Strategy and Onboarding

Supporting new clients as they come on board, helping to understand their business, goals, ideal clients and marketing priorities.

* Support the development of client marketing strategies
* Brief creative, copy and campaign assets
* Set up or coordinate key digital marketing foundations
* Build strong client relationships from the start
* Ensure clients feel supported, informed and confident

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

Help manage the day‐to‐day delivery and optimisation of client marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

* Set up, review and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
* Set up, review and optimise Google Ads campaigns
* Review campaign performance and make recommendations
* Work with landing pages, websites, SEO and CRM workflows
* Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion
* Keep up with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Reporting and Client Communication

Help clients understand what is happening, what is working and where improvements are being made.

* Prepare monthly reports and campaign updates
* Run or support client meetings via video or in person
* Explain digital marketing performance in clear, simple language
* Communicate results, recommendations and next steps
* Maintain strong client confidence through proactive communication

Creative and Strategic Input

Contribute to campaign ideas, messaging, content angles and creative direction.

* Review ad creative and copy
* Identify stronger messaging angles for clients
* Think strategically about attracting better‐fit leads
* Help evolve campaigns based on data, client feedback and market trends
* Look for better ways to do things across systems, campaigns and communication

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising or a client‐facing marketing role
* Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or campaign management
* Advanced management skills in both Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms with proven experience in complex campaign strategy and optimisation
* Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence speaking with clients and explaining marketing performance
* Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* A creative mindset and an eye for strong messaging
* A proactive attitude and willingness to keep learning
* Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team

Agency experience will be highly regarded, but it is not essential.

Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, websites, landing pages or reporting tools would also be beneficial.

Hours and Location

This is a full‐time role based at our Minyama office on the Sunshine Coast.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

The role is onsite, with work‐from‐home days available if wanted. While we are open to discussing flexibility, we do require regular co‐location with the team to support strong communication, collaboration and training.
