About the Role
You will play a key role in daily farm operations to support our mixed farming systems. Depending on experience, roles range from Farm Hand/Operator positions through to Senior Farm Hand/Operators, involving task coordination and mentoring of others.
Your duties will include:
* Operation of modern agricultural machinery
* Irrigated and dryland cropping activities
* Cattle husbandry and livestock handling
* General farm, machinery, and irrigation infrastructure maintenance
* Record keeping and compliance with safety and operational standards

What You'll Bring
* Practical experience in broadacre and/or livestock operations
* Confident operating tractors and large-scale machinery (seeders, sprayers, harvesters)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to grow skills across irrigation, cropping and livestock
* Ability to lead daily tasks and support others at senior levels
* Clear communication and problem-solving skills
* Driver's Licence required; ChemCert and HR licence desirable
