The role As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:Development and delivery of HR projects that align with business needsSupport the development of HR strategies, focusing on continuous improvement in line with retention and development plansPlan and lead key processes with the business that form part of the HR lifecycle such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management reviews and talent managementProvide advice, coaching and support on a broad range of HR issues and practicesAbout youTo be successful in this role, ideally you will have:Relevant HR tertiary qualification or experience in a HR Advisory roleDemonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and adviceWell-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skillsExperience working within the community services industry or disability background would be highly regardedAt Healthscope Independence Services, we're committed to supporting the people who support others.
