Accommodated Building Solutions / The Shed Company is a growing construction business delivering commercial and residential projects across Victoria, including sheds, warehouses, structural steel and turnkey builds.
We provide full end-to-end building services including design coordination, permits, project management and complete construction delivery.
We are seeking a confident and driven Sales Estimator / Sales Consultant to take ownership of inbound enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, follow up consistently and close deals.
This is not a "send quotes and wait" role. This is a performance-based role suited to someone who moves fast, follows up hard and enjoys closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound enquiries
* Confident phone sales and face-to-face showroom sales
* Qualifying customers and identifying project requirements
* Preparing accurate and detailed quotes using structured systems
* Following up quotes and driving customers to decision
* Closing deals and securing signed contracts and deposits
* Managing your pipeline through CRM
* Reporting on pipeline performance and KPI's through the CRM
* Coordinating smooth handover to operations
On-site inspections are managed by our experienced site assessment team, allowing you to focus on sales and conversion.

Experience (Preferred)
* Construction or building sales
* Minimum 5+ years sales experience
* Estimating and quoting experience
* Shed, warehouse or structural steel sales
* Trade sales (steel, roofing, building materials)
* High-ticket commission-based sales
* CRM and quoting software experience
* Ability to read plans and drawings
