Talent Acquisition Partner

6 months full-time fixed-term

HS6 - $110,479 plus super and benefits

We are entering a critical phase of our hospital expansion, delivering an additional 82 beds across six new clinical units. To support this, we are seeking an experienced professional to join us in a six month fixed term, project-based role focused on the set up, delivery and planning of these new services.

This role will play a pivotal part in translating planning into operational readiness — supporting workforce mobilisation, service commencement and safe planning of the hospital expansion. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise at a defining moment, helping shape how care is delivered from day one.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner delivers end‐to‐end recruitment and proactive sourcing across Forensicare, creating a positive and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, the role provides expert advice on workforce needs and talent strategies while contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

* Lead end‐to‐end, high‐quality recruitment that is inclusive, compliant, and aligned with organisational values and contemporary talent practices.
* Proactively source and engage talent through targeted strategies, talent pooling, and market outreach to meet current and future workforce needs.
* Partner with hiring managers and leaders to provide expert advice, market insights, and evidence‐informed solutions that strengthen recruitment and workforce capability.
* Use data, analytics, and market intelligence to monitor trends, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition frameworks and processes.
* Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance employer branding, support workforce initiatives.

You will have:

* Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business or related fields, with demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or workforce roles
* Proven ability to deliver contemporary recruitment solutions, including workforce planning and capability‐building outcomes
* Strong experience recruiting for specialised or complex roles (e.g. clinical, multidisciplinary or regulated environments)
* Highly developed stakeholder consulting, relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively
* Advanced capability in attraction and sourcing strategies, workforce data analysis and recruitment systems, with a proactive, improvement‐focused approach
