It is the world's largest source of zircon, and a Tier 1 deposit with extensive reserves. It is the first mining development in a mixed-use regional reserve – the Yellabina Regional Reserve – in South Australia, with the operation demonstrating a commitment to high environmental standards and progressive land rehabilitation. Jacinth-Ambrosia site has a fully equipped modern camp with facilities including a gym, pool, sports courts, recreation rooms, Wi-Fi and Foxtel.**About The Role** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at Jacinth-Ambrosia.Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Planner, the core responsibilities of the role will include the following:* Managing day-to-day maintenance planning activities. This will include development work in SAP, planning process, work management and inventory management* Statutory equipment maintenance strategies* Functional location hierarchy* Bill of materials* Maintenance plans and task lists* Reservation process and unloading points* Weekly planning schedules with cost reporting (planned V actual)* Weekly planning meetings to understand and confirm priority work* Shutdown planning structure with a weekly scheduled update* Shutdown critical path analysis* Shutdown reporting and S-curve* Contract services management* Preventive maintenance strategy reviews with an aim of cost reduction to the business* Managing master data requirements for the department and utilising maintenance management systems to ensure data health for functional locations, equipment, BOMs, task lists, capacity profiles, and work centres**About You**The successful candidate will have a strong commercial focus, the capacity to question, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with various functional areas as part of a multidisciplinary team.* Considerable experience in a similar role gained in maintaining fixed plant* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Proven commitment to safety* Previous shutdown and maintenance experience in a process plant* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project and computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)* Strong understanding of production and maintenance strategies for large scale processing plant* Mechanical or Electrical trade background**Our Offer To You*** Family Friendly Roster* Up to 18 Weeks Paid Parental Leave* Competitive Salary and Bonus Structure* Be supported through an inclusive and collaborative culture* Company Share Matching SchemeYou will be supported, empowered, included and encouraged to be the best version of yourself.
