The Opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced Key Account Manager to support our West Coast divisions, with a key focus on our Engines Division. In this permanent full-time role, you will be managing key accounts and existing customer relationships across WA, delivering increased sales, market share, HME maintenance plans and market intelligence functions primarily for the mining sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your main responsibilities include:
* Develop and sustain solid relationships with all key clients for H-E Parts International Mining Solutions AU.
* Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
* Increase sales, margin, and market share for H-E Parts International Mining Solutions – Engines Division.
* Develop and deliver sales plans, marketing strategy, and support brand building for H-E Parts products and services in consultation with appropriate managers within the organisation.
* Provide exceptional customer service and product performance issue management.
* Liaise with managers/workshop supervisors regarding planning to ensure that customer delivery expectations are met.
* Provide support to the National Sales Manager in the development of forecasts and compilations of monthly sales reports.
* Travel to remote regions throughout WA building relationships with our key clients whilst promoting our products and services.
About You
To be successful in this role, we are ideally seeking.
* An experienced trade or technically qualified Key Account Manager – a diesel fitting trade qualification would be preferrable.
* A working knowledge of Diesel Engines.
* Well-established network within mining, quarrying, and heavy industries.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as part of an empowered, responsive team.
* Enjoy the challenge of developing customer-focused solutions.
* Outstanding communicator who builds strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning through to closing.
* Skilled in budget management and tracking performance against targets.
* Comfortable with regular travel, primarily to the Pilbara region (approx. 1 week per month).
