Project Lead - Construction
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, tasks, and requirements in accordance with specifications, work scopes, drawings, contracts, technical and engineering standards.
They will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineers to ensure consistent and collaborative safe project delivery.
Key responsibilities include updating the project schedule, planning site works around key procurement and delivery dates to achieve schedule dates, managing subcontractors and directly hired trades labour, coordinating project construction resources, and ensuring plant and equipment is maintained in a safe functional condition.

* Oversee all construction activities, tasks, and requirements

* Coordinate project construction resources
* Ensure plant and equipment is maintained in a safe functional condition
The successful applicant will have proven experience (10+ years) in onsite Construction Management roles, trade qualification or higher, Australian 'C' class drivers licence, knowledge of Mines and Safety Legislation, Certificate IV/Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent, Schedule S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate, OHS Construction White Card, Current First Aid Certificate, Working at Heights within 2 years, and Confined Space within 2 years.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience (10+ years) in onsite Construction Management roles
* Trade Qualification or higher
* Australian 'C' class drivers licence
* Knowledge of Mines and Safety Legislation
* Certificate IV/Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Schedule S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (or Section 44 with aim to complete S26)
* OHS Construction White Card
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Working at Heights within 2 years
* Confined Space within 2 years
