**As an Employment Coach** your purpose is to act as a champion of contemporary disability service provision without the constraints of KPI's. You will offer person centred practice for our supported employees, in alignment with commercial outcomes and in partnership with site leadership.
**Role specifics**:
- **Full time role based at Castle Hill.**:
- Facilitate enhanced employment outcomes for supported employees within a positive behaviour support framework and aligned with their NDIS plan goals
- Report and monitor supported employees progress towards achievement of their NDIS employment goals, in line with their Individual Support Plan
- Assist in implementing service offerings to supported employees to achieve learning and development outcomes that can lead to open employment, transition to retirement and life skills
- Hands-on coaching with supported employees to achieve their work goals
- Work collaboratively with leaders, families, carers, and advocates for supported employees to accurately capture the supports all supported employees require in the workplace
- Engagement with schools and other relevant groups and entities to attract work experience students, as well as future potential supported employees
**All about you**:
- Experience working with people with a disability in an employment setting or direct support
- A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Proficiency in using current MS Office (i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Employee Self Service, Customer Information and Management Systems and communication technologies
