About the role
Mandurah Baptist College invites applications from outstanding Christian educators to the position ofDean of Early Learning for Term 4 2025.
Reporting to the Head of Primary, the Dean of Early Learning is responsible for managing the College's Early Learning programs and facilities from Pre Kindergarten to Year 2. With facilities housed in the College's award-winning Early Learning Centre (opened in 2020) and with responsibilities for teaching and learning, as well as pastoral care, the Dean of Early Learning is a broad role that will provide leadership, strategy and vision in this critical and foundational phase of schooling.
A robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, the Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines, the National Quality Standards and the Western Australian Curriculum as it pertains to this phase of schooling is essential.
Housed in award winning facilities which opened in 2020, the College's Early Learning Centre consists of newly-created collaborative and engaging learning spaces designed to meet the needs of modern early childhood education.
