English as a Second Language Group Leader
Requirements of the role
Assist the Libraries in the delivery of the English Conversation Group
Set up room ready before attendees arrive
Plan and guide conversation topics during group sessions
Provide participants with feedback on their progress
Encourage positive group conversation and networking possibilities
Carry out duties as directed by the libraries
Objectives for all City Volunteers
Work within the City of South Perths Code of Conduct
Demonstrate a commitment to the Citys Customer Service Charter by undertaking position responsibilities in accordance with the charters principles.
Maintain safe work practices in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) legislation, City policies and procedures.
Report all incidents, including potential hazards and accidents/incidents to your supervisor.
Not act outside of the scope of your duties when volunteering on behalf of the City.
