THE POSITION
* Washing high volume of dishes with a commercial dish washer
* Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
* Set up and serve meals in the dining areas.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergy management procedures.
* Support the wider catering team with day-to-day kitchen operations.
THE PERSON
* Experience working in a commercial kitchen as a kitchen hand
* Friendly, reliable, and works well in a team.
* Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced setting.
