* Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized care plans based on individual needs and goals.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote optimal outcomes and patient progress.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* Adhere to professional and ethical standards, as well as relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:
