Early Childhood Teacher | Kawana
Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, that inspire young minds and contributes to the growth and development of all children within the Pre-Kindy age group.
This is a full-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.
Sponsorship is available for the right candidate. To be considered, applicants must already be living and working in Australia and have working rights for at least 6 months.
Relocation assistance may also be available for the right candidate.

About the Role
As the Early Childhood Teacher, your primary focus will be to provide a safe and stimulating environment which meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of our educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Create, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programs
Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interest, strengths, and abilities
Observing and documenting children's progress and development
Fostering positive relationships with children, families and the community
Develop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiatives
Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment

About You
You are a creative and inspired Early Childhood Teacher with a passion to lead and develop high quality age specific programs and daily routines. You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with Educators, children and families.
Key skills and requirements:
ACECQA Approved Bachelor's/ Master's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Working with Children Check
Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
Strong computer skills
Current approved First Aid Certificate
Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
