About the Role
The National Channel & Franchise Network Manager will re‐engineer, lead, and optimise Rockcote's national route‐to‐market across our Trade Hub network (franchise and company‐owned) and independent distributors/resellers.
You will:
* Set the national channel strategy, define standards, and drive consistent commercial performance.
* Lead franchise development from concept to launch and ongoing operational coaching.
* Build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners while managing trading terms and negotiations.
* Work cross‐functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to lift service levels, and accelerate profitable growth.
This role requires strong leadership through influence, exceptional people skills, and a track record of building high‐performing multi‐site networks nationally.

What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience in retail franchise management, ideally within multi‐site or national networks.
* Experience managing distributors, resellers, and retail partner networks.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration experience.
* Analytical, pragmatic, and a driver of process improvement and change.
* Willingness to travel nationally as required.
