Dispatch & Dock Supervisor
Plant Growers Australia (PGA) is an industry‐accredited wholesale nursery supplying quality plants to retail nurseries and landscapers across Australia.
We're looking for a hands‐on Dispatch & Dock Supervisor to lead our dispatch team and keep our loading operations running smoothly at our Wonga Park nursery.

The Role
This role supervises the daily dispatch operation, ensuring orders are packed correctly, labelled accurately, and loaded efficiently while maintaining strong quality standards and team performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Supervising and supporting dispatch staff
* Maintaining quality standards and correct labelling of orders
* Checking packed trolleys, trailers, and outgoing loads
* Rotating staff through roles and assisting with training
* Providing feedback to staff on performance and efficiency
* Monitoring packing quality and dispatch accuracy
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe dock area
* Communicating with management regarding workflow and staff performance
* Identifying opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency
About You
You are practical, organised and comfortable leading a team in a fast‐paced operational environment.
You Will Bring
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A hands‐on approach and willingness to lead by example
* Good organisational and problem‐solving ability
* Ability to adapt to changing workloads
* A focus on quality, efficiency and safety
Experience in horticulture, logistics, dispatch, warehouse or production environments will be highly regarded.
