The School
Three Springs is a small country town (approx. 550 people) in the Midwest of Western Australia, with a unique mix of grain and grazing, mining, and government industries within the Shire. Three Springs is enjoyed by both residents and visitors alike.
The town has an IGA/newsagency, butcher, post office, hotel and rural farming agencies. Sport plays an important role within our community and some of the sports are Football, Netball, Hockey, Tennis, Lawn Bowl, Golf and Swimming.

The Role
In this role you will nurture a diverse group of early childhood students (Kindy/Pre Primary/Year 1) with a range of developmental learning needs. You will ideally be committed to teaching students the foundation skills they need to be successful learners and demonstrate progress in all domains.
As a teacher at our school, you will ideally work collaboratively with others to help create and maintain an engaging and stimulating learning environment for students to enjoy and will be able to help inspire students to develop a passion for learning. You should ideally be able to demonstrate high quality teaching skills using effective, innovative and engaging learning programs and work collaboratively with staff to apply whole school approaches for curriculum delivery. You will ideally have a strong knowledge of explicit early childhood philosophy and its application.
We are seeking a teacher who will create a warm, welcoming environment, and work in partnership with other staff and parents. The ideal applicant will have experience in an Early Childhood setting as well as appropriate qualifications.
