The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Conducting Entry, Routine & Exit inspections professionally
* Capturing detailed photos and condition notes
* Recording spoken reports for Entry inspections (admin team transcribes)
* Collecting & returning keys to agencies
* Uploading reports daily from home
* Managing travel between properties
* Representing Property Assist with confidence and integrity
This is an independent field-based role — ideal for someone disciplined, organised, and proactive.
