Production Manager / Estimator - Signage
Our client is a well-established and growing signage company servicing the South West. We are seeking a production-focused professional to manage estimating and workflow within our business.
This is not an installer-heavy role.
We are looking for someone who thrives on systems, organisation and job flow management.
The Role
* Prepare and manage quotations
* Oversee production workflow from design to dispatch
* Schedule jobs and coordinate materials
* Manage large format print and finishing processes
* Work within our shopVOX workflow system (training provided)
* Support and guide a small production team

* Cabinetmaking or joinery production
* Fabrication or manufacturing supervision
* Construction estimating
* Print production management
You Will Have
* Strong estimating and job costing capability
* Experience managing workflow in a production environment
* Organised, systems-driven mindset
