Exercise Design Specialist
We seek a highly skilled specialist to develop, produce, and execute high-quality training activities. This key team member will work in close coordination with the Combat Training Centre staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support planning, management, and execution of military exercises.
* Engage in exercise development and planning conferences, providing relevant products to support design.
* Conduct briefings and planning activities for staff in support of exercise design.
* Manage staff to support training delivery in line with leadership's intent.
Requirements:
* A minimum 15 years' military experience at MAJ-LTCOL Rank.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
