The role As we grow our Townsville office, we are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to help deliver projects ranging from subdivisions and car parks to schools, high-rises, commercial sites, industrial estates, and sporting facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Creating conceptual and detailed civil designs using 12D Model and AutoCAD Preparing design documentation that meets project timelines and quality standards Collaborating with engineers, surveyors, and external consultants Conducting site inspections and incorporating findings into designs Supporting feasibility studies, reports, and cost estimates Ensuring compliance with codes, legislation, and Australian Standards Assisting with construction monitoring to ensure design intent is delivered What you’ll bring We are looking for a detail-focused, collaborative designer who thrives in a team environment and enjoys variety in projects.
