Priceline Pharmacy Tamworth is seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy retail floor. About the Role
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused operation of the retail side of our pharmacy. You'll lead a dedicated team, drive store performance, and help deliver the high‑quality experience Priceline is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing day‑to‑day retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, staff supervision, and customer service
* Implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures to maximise efficiency and profitability
* Analysing sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Retail Pharmacy Assistants to deliver exceptional service
* Managing and motivating a team of 10+ staff members
* Collaborating closely with the Dispensary team to align retail operations with broader business goals
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management preferred (not essential)
* Experienced Pharmacy Assistants with leadership capability are strongly encouraged to apply
* Strong understanding of retail operations, including promotions, merchandising, and inventory control
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
* Experience with Fred software is advantageous but not essential
* A genuine passion for health, beauty, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
