About the role
In this role you'll partner with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience while providing strategic advice on developing positions and descriptions, salary benchmarking, workforce recommendations and development and application of all assessment and hiring resources or materials.
No two days are the same in this broad and diverse role. Manage end to end recruitment all the way from taking role briefs to creating contracts. Coach and upskill stakeholders in recruitment while developing analysis and reporting to identify market and internal trends.
About you
You'll be adaptable, proactive, and flourish in a fast-paced environment. Ready to hit the ground running, you'll enjoy juggling multiple priorities and recruiting for a diverse range of roles across the organisation.
In addition, you will also possess:
* Tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
* Experience in internal recruitment or and external agency position, ideally within healthcare, community or early learning services
* Experience in high volume end to end recruitment with the ability to work efficiently
* Ability to coach hiring teams hiring understanding and capability
* Prior experience in the development of organisational positions and resource materials
* Drivers Licence
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
