WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Providing expert technical support to a growing client base across Wagga Wagga and the wider Riverina region—from Albury/Wodonga to Young
* Managing on-site visits for escalations, preventative maintenance, and small project work
* Working with technologies including Dell, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Copilot, Entra, Azure, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, and VMware
* Managing ticketing, documentation, and time entries professionally
* Contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior engineers

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

* Proactive communication and a team-first mindset
* A commitment to continual learning and improvement

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* 3+ years' experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or fast-paced technical environment
* Proven ability to troubleshoot a range of technologies
* Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users
* Excellent time and task management
* Current driver's license and ability to travel across the Wagga–Young–Albury/Wodonga region

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

* Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
* Experience with ConnectWise or IT Glue
* A proactive mindset and solutions-oriented attitude

THE ESSENTIALS

* Full-time position, based in Wagga Wagga NSW
* Hybrid work style – plan your schedule with flexibility and client needs in mind
* You must be eligible to work in Australia and able to pass a police check
