Civil Site Supervisor - Sydney Water Accredited Location: Minto, NSW | Full-Time An established and reputable civil contractor in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with Sydney Water accreditation to join their growing team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site civil works, including water, sewer, stormwater, and associated infrastructure Ensure all activities comply with Sydney Water requirements and QA documentation Manage subcontractors, site staff, and materials to ensure timely and efficient project delivery Interpret and work from engineering plans, specifications, and programs Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, ITPs, and safety documentation Drive a strong safety and quality culture across the team Liaise with project managers, engineers, and Sydney Water representatives Proactively resolve site issues and coordinate solutions to maintain progress Participate in project reporting, meetings, and handovers Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in civil site supervision, ideally on Sydney Water or utility projects Current Sydney Water Accredited Constructor (WSC and/or DTC) Strong working knowledge of Sydney Water codes, QA processes, and safety standards Proven leadership and communication skills across site teams and stakeholders Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Competent in maintaining site documentation and reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic site management tools White Card, valid driver's licence, and relevant industry tickets What's on Offer: Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Vehicle or vehicle allowance Career development with exposure to major utility and subdivision projects Supportive team environment with a strong safety and quality culture Access to employee support services and industry benefits Long-term opportunity with a pipeline of secure work in the Sydney region About the Company: This is a stable and well-regarded civil contractor with a strong track record across subdivision, utilities, and infrastructure works in the Greater Sydney region.
