Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger functions including reconciliations and month-end support Assist with budgetary control and costing analysis Prepare management reports and assist with statutory reporting requirements Support taxation compliance and internal audit processes Liaise with external stakeholders including bankers and auditors Assist with routine company secretarial tasks Contribute to internal control compliance, documentation, and process improvement initiatives Respond to financial information requests from internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse) Support senior finance staff with reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis About You Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance (CPA / CA qualified) Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial accounting environment Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar) Exposure to Capital Expenditure (CapEx) accounting and fixed asset management Experience within distribution and/or retail industries highly regarded Strong technical financial accounting capability Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Able to work both independently and collaboratively High level of professionalism and confidentiality Hands-on, proactive approach Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement Our Recruitment Process At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
