Join our dynamic team, where you'll lead initiatives that highlight our organisation's value to the health system, government, and partners.This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our external and internal communications through impactful messaging and storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Project manage production of corporate reporting that measures our value and aligns with our strategyDevelop a range of corporate communications materials, including news articles, presentations, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, infographics and media releases that showcase our role in the health system.Manage our engagement and influencing strategy at conferences and eventsImplement crisis communication strategies and manage B2B media relations.Monitor media and industry trends to identify opportunities and respond to issues proactively.Craft internal communications that align with our values and foster a sense of belonging.You can contribute through your:Minimum of five years in a relevant communications role, with a proven track record of producing high-quality work for diverse audiences.Broad working knowledge of the Australian health systemStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver work on time.Advanced written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Proven research skills, data analysis, and critical thinking capabilities.Experience in change management communications and crisis communicationsRelevant tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.Why work with usWe believe our strength comes from our talented and dedicated staff.
