This is an opportunity to join a business with continued growth opportunities in the specialised niche market of surgical products. With an established client network and innovative technical surgical products, you will be joining a team with over 20 years' experience importing, wholesaling and distributing technical surgical products across Australia.
The Responsibilities Reporting to the ANZ Sales Manager, you will work as part of the sales team delivering exceptional service to hospitals and specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing your territory as if it were your own business. We are seeking individuals that desire to take ownership of our portfolio with the primary goals of supporting customers and driving growth. Key responsibilities include:
Drive sales growth and market share by achieving budget targets. Provide clinical support to customers within the operating theatre environment. Be a trusted partner for our customers. Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure customers are provided with the highest quality service. Required Skills Proven capability to effectively achieve sales targets and drive long-term business objectives, in both the public and private sector. Customer-centric individuals who partner with clients to form long-term relationships. Experience in medical device sales, ideally surgical implants and consumables. Strategic thinkers who enjoy analysing data to aid with territory planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, or sales opportunities. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.
