Key Responsibilities
* Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence and briefing notes
* Prepare and run interlocutory applications, discovery and evidence
* Brief and liaise with counsel; engage experts/specialists as required
* Advise SME and private clients; manage expectations and strategy
* Appear in court (as appropriate to experience) and drive matters to resolution
Key Skills
* 2+ years PAE in commercial litigation (up to Senior Associate considered)
* Strong drafting, file management and court‐procedure knowledge
* Confidence with clients; sound commercial judgement
* Ability to run matters with appropriate supervision; team‐first mindset
* Current Australian practising certificate
