Role Overview
These roles sit within the Workforce Technology team and support HR and Finance applications that have operated for nearly 20 years.
You will work across BAU activities, system improvements, integrations and occasional project work.
Software Engineers: development, integrations, troubleshootingBusiness Analysts: requirements, functional analysis, process mapping
You will contribute to stable operations of critical university systems and support the future Oracle transformation.

Responsibilities
Support, maintain and enhance HR and Finance applicationsResolve BAU issues and deliver system improvementsWork with integrations across PeopleSoft, Oracle and related systemsCollaborate with HR, Finance and IT stakeholdersSoftware Engineers: develop, test and deploy changesBusiness Analysts: gather requirements, document processes and support UAT
Candidate Profile
Early to mid career, collaborative and eager to learnExperience with PeopleSoft, Oracle or similar HR/Finance systemsUnderstanding of integration workflowsExposure to HR or Finance processes (payroll, leave, T&A, scheduling)Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to learn legacy systems and work independently
