What you'll be doing:
* Lead from the front and create a high‐energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
* Be hands‐on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
* Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
* Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
* Develop and inspire your tam to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
* Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
* Problem‐solve day‐to‐day challenges with confidence and calm
