Store Manager

What you'll be doing:
· Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
· Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
· Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
· Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
· Develop and inspire your tam to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
· Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
· Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm
