About the Role
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading various high-profile and critical projects within the Australian Defence sector.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, with expertise in financial management, budgeting, safety, and risk awareness. They will also possess excellent reporting capabilities, particularly in areas such as finance, schedules, and resource allocation.
This role involves driving the required activity across all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery according to customer specifications, budgets, and timelines.
The selected individual will work closely with technical engineering teams and support functions to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project milestones to align with available resources
* Measure team performance against pre-established schedules and budgets
* Prepare financial reports for executive review
* Assist with bids and proposals

About You:
* Proven experience in a project management role
* Knowledge of and experience with the ASDEFCON suite
* Financial management and budgeting skills
* Safety and risk awareness
