**Job description**:
DFP Recruitment are currently supporting a medium to large federal government agency in sourcing multiple **APS4 Administration Support Officers and APS5** **Case Coordinators **for a national program. This contract is up to 12 months, which includes paid leave and 15.4% superannuation and is located in Greenway ACT.

**Responsibilities**:
**APS4 Administration Support Officers** provide administrative and operational support to the business teams, working under the support and general direction of senior staff.
**Duties may include some or all of the following**:
- Provide administrative support to the team and/or work area
- Prepare and edit letters and notices sent to applicants, nominees and institutions.
**Skills and Attributes required**:
- Write, edit and proof-read
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in transposing information from software & database systems to approved document templates
- Using HP Content Manager for the secure keeping of information and documents
- Use appropriate judgement, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Communicate in an effective way
- Develop knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures and information management requirements
- Display relevant computer literacy skill
- Work in and adapt to a changing environment
- Communicate with applicants, nominees and third parties and present messages in a clear, concise, and articulate way.
- Keep accurate and comprehensive records (including report writing, case notes, and official records).
- Advise applicants on legislation, policy, procedures.
- Resolve applicant enquiries.
- Manage time and organise work against performance expectations.
