Purpose
This is a multi-faceted administrative role and acts as first point of contact for customers and provides administrative support to our trade team. The role is suitable for an experienced administrator.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Promote good relations and strong relationships with clients and others within the Companies business community.
* Handling enquiries, answering the telephone promptly and courteously.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate trades and subcontractors.
* Support efficient coordination and utilisation of trade capacity.
* Administration of Building Contracts.
* Responding to emails or forwarding to correct assigned staff to complete.
* Updating database records.
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
* Assisting to meet all client KPIs
About you
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a Building company (preferable).
