You'll redefine what it means to feel 'chilled' at the hotel's dining haunt, known as 'the place to be'.

As Demi Chef, your duties include but are not limited to:
* Maintaining food quality, presentation, and cleanliness of workspace and equipment.
* Preparing mise en place for current and upcoming shifts.
* Ensuring your section runs efficiently and smoothly.
* Following instructions from senior chefs to prepare and present food professionally.
* Storing and labelling food correctly and assisting with cleaning utensils and equipment.
* Reporting equipment faults and communicating with other departments.
* Observing food safety and workplace safety at all times, and supporting team members.
* Assisting in other outlets or properties as needed.

Base salary from $76,515.00 per annum, excluding superannuation.
