Job Title: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high quality person-centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced nurse to work with children and young people who require mental health services. As a Consultation Liaison Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will provide clinical leadership and linkage between mental health teams and other departments within the hospital, as well as with relevant community agencies and programs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to children and young people who require mental health services.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and programs to promote effective collaboration and service delivery.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to mental health care.
* Participate in education and training activities to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health care.
