This is a new hands-on role where you will be responsible to manage the extended Grab & Go category for 8 convenience stores in the Sydney Domestic Airport terminals [T2&T3] as part of the current refurbishment program, with the first stores due to open in late June. The Role: We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Fresh Grab & Go Manager to join us at Sydney Domestic Airport. The role will manage: ✅ Fresh sub-category [sandwiches, wraps, retail ready yoghurts & snacks], along with a range of made on site snack pots from a shared kitchen space. ✅ Coffee sub-category - In a first to airport initiative, automatic coffee using state-of-the-art machines to offer passengers a value coffee offer ✅ Bakery sub-category - a range of sweet and savoury pastries ✅ Manage store areas with accountability and attention to detail ✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards What We’re Looking For: Proven experience working within a fresh retail store and exposure to made-on-site products ️ Strong communication skills and ability to work within a shared kitchen space Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of merchandising at all times Experience collaborating with other Store Managers to deliver Sales and Margin targets Strong administrative skills to manage multiple cost centres, stock transfers, and ordering Has managed a small work team previously ♻️ Experience with waste minimisation through effective stock rotation Proven experience with food safety guidelines and protocols ⏰ Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays) Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Perks & Benefits: Parking – No one likes paying for it!
