This **permanent, full-time role** (Monday to Friday), focuses on driving quality, cost efficiency and continuous improvement within our Component Rebuild Centre.In this role, you will:* Lead reuse, salvage and quality improvement initiatives that reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improve reliability.* Conduct monthly CRC bay audits against CRCA and Reuse & Salvage standards.* Complete quarterly CRCA audits and drive corrective actions to closure.* Perform monthly scrap bin audits, identify trends and implement cost‐reduction actions.* Ensure compliance with the Reuse & Salvage Assurance Program, including training and claim documentation.* Audit service reports and provide clear improvement recommendations to supervisors.* Track actions, report progress and support the CRC in achieving Best in Class audit results.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
