Strong growth means that the company is now looking to further strengthen the team by adding a Technical Sales Team Supervisor to work in the Far North Queensland.
THE ROLE:
As a Technical Sales Team Supervisor for Industrial Leica Products, you will report directly to the North Queensland Geospatial Manager and be responsible for the following duties:
* Analysis of hardware and software requirements and issues in relation of Leica suite of products
* Supervise technical sales team & retail
* Provide Technical support and troubleshooting for software related issues
* Conduct software inventory and license management
* Collaborate with Survey Team for software needs and implementation solutions
* Build relationships in the survey, construction, spatial and mining industries to existing and prospective clients.
* Developing solutions to meet the ever-changing requirements in the spatial industry.
* Meeting Sales Targets.
* Equipment demonstrations.
* Train and support end users in surveying, civil products and systems.
* Preparation of equipment including leasing with Service Department for pre delivery check and software installation
* Undertaking troubleshooting evaluation, testing and rectification as required
* Support customers with technical inquiries
* Liaising with clients, direct, phone and email
* Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* The drive and willingness to succeed
* Ability to sell and build relationships as well as solve problems
* Be able to work autonomously and be willing to travel within QLD
* A confident and enthusiastic personality
* At least 2 years experience as an Industrial Leica Product specialist
* Experiences of, and certification with Leica TPS/GPS products
* Experience in working with Leica related software and hardware
SALARY RANGE : Base : $77,000 to $ 92,000 package + 12% superannuation
