The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Territory Manager to join our Prescription sales team on a permanent full-time basis. This is for our Adelaide Central territory.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to promote a portfolio of products across the therapeutic areas of Dermatology, Pain.
Key accountabilities include:
* Calling on key customer groups including targeted GP's and retail Pharmacists
* Partnering with key GP accounts/clinics and other related HCPs
* Developing, analysing and executing business plans for your territory
* Development of key customer relationships, key influencers, and advocates
* Adopting a multi-channel approach to interactions to maximise customer engagement
* Effectively managing ROI through effective business planning and sales analysis
About You
Key to your success in this role is your ability to be commercially minded and focused on business growth while maintaining an ethical sales approach and a proactive, energetic approach to your work.
Other key requirements for this role include:
* A proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry selling prescription medicine
* Experience in developing and maintaining ongoing relationships
* A successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and territory growth
* Superior communication and influencing skills
* Tertiary qualifications in science or similar will be highly regarded
Additional Requirements/Work Expectations:
* Current Driver's Licence is essential.
* This position will have some requirements to work outside what would be considered normal hours, e.g. weekend or evening meetings/tasks.
* Some interstate travel is required, e.g. country region, sales/company conferences.
* Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program to be completed within 2 years of months of joining the company commencement, if not already completed. First module must be commenced within 6 months of joining the company.
